My Vaccine Passes: 
Guided Tours - As of 11:59pm Friday 25 March you will no longer be required to show a My Vaccine Pass to participate in a guided tour. 
Private Groups - Not required, (groups are known to each other) masks encouraged while on our base.
Equipment Hire - Not required, masks encouraged while on our base. 
Shuttles/Transfers - Not required, masks encouraged. 

Masks will be worn by staff and is encouraged for customers. 
All check-ins will take place outside if weather permits and all close contact will be kept to an absolute minimum. 

Health and Safety

All gear is sanitised between uses, and your guides will be wearing masks while in close contact with you.

COVID-19 Refund Policy

If you have made a booking with Riverside Adventures Waikato and your travel plans are affected by enforced COVID-19 restrictions, we will move your booking to another date, transfer the value of your booking to a Gift Voucher valid for 12 months. or provide a 100% refund on your booking.
